Overview: Serves as the Administrative Executive for the identified areas and Service Lines to develop and enforce policies and procedures, to operationalize budgetary decisions for areas of responsibility and participate instrategic planning for the Hospital.Primary functions of the role are (1) work directly with Department and Medical Director(s) and others to position service lines as a regional center of excellence; (2) work directly with Department Directors to provide leadership and guidance in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and evaluating each Department; (3) oversee the implementation of the Hospitals philosophy, goals, and objectives; (4) establish standards for clinical and management competency and, (5) represent the areas of responsibility in the strategic planning process. Performs related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Three to five years of previous experience in a leadership and management role at the Executive Director or VP level.
  • Required Education: Education: Masters Degree in business or health- related field.
