House Manager

Full-Time, Nights

Job Description:

  • The Clinical House Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of patient care services and oversees hospital operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Collaborates with the hospital risk manager to address risk and safety issues and ensures follow-up.
  • Functions as a "superuser" for Information Systems (PIM, Care Manager, Educode, Maxsys, Time & Attendance).
  • Addresses issues, complaints and concerns in keeping with promotion of a healing environment.

Requirements:

  • Current License in Kentucky as a Registered Nurse, BSN
  • 3 years-Acute Care Experience with one-year critical care experience required
  • ACLS/PALS required
