JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Associate, Talent Management DEPARTMENT: Human Resources STATUS: Exempt REPORTS TO: Director, Human Resources LOCATION: Purchase, NY I. Triton operates its business through 20 offices in 16 countries, and services its customers through a network of around 400 third party operated depot facilities spread across 46 countries. II. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY: The Associate, Talent Management will provide support to the Human Resources department on a variety of issues, including but not limited to: recruitment & onboarding, learning & development, talent management and employee engagement. V. BENEFITS:
The expected base salary range for this role is from $65,000 - $78,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, location and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
