About the role

The Talent Excellence Specialist will primarily be responsible for making placements and supporting service delivery to our national and global customers. This role will be responsible to support high volume recruitment and provide customer support to our MSP/VMS programs. Additionally, this role will be responsible to provide direct assistance to the associates from the beginning phases of the recruitment process and support the team during the hiring/onboarding process.

As a Talent Excellence Specialist, you will be a part of the team that provides outstanding customer service, order fulfillment, recruitment, and compliance support for assigned customer engagements. This role will be a part of a team containing other Talent Excellence Specialists, Coordinators and Account Executives. The team will be must create an atmosphere where a culture of diversity is embraced, performance is recognized or addressed, and development of current role and careers are fostered.

What you'll be doing
  • Full cycle, high volume recruitment, screening, and interviewing of talent to present to job profiles in multiple geographies with multiple customers in a given day
  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates that aligns with customer needs and workforce forecasts and skill marketing needs
  • Consistent execution of a recruiting plan to ensure the right quality and quantity of talent and implement a recruiting strategy to best accelerate growth of the business
  • Establish initial contact with prospective candidates and conduct thorough interviews as required.
  • Conduct resume review and assessment based on candidates' skills, locations, opportunity, financial expectations, and availability criteria to determine candidate suitability/viability.
  • Segment, organize and prioritize candidates according to the degree of alignment with position requirements.
  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions
  • Determine candidate compensation expectation to maximize probability.
  • Package candidates in accordance with corporate standards and focus on the pipelining of candidates to field recruiters.
  • Submit the prospect's credentials for re-formatting to a corporate standard or to the respective client and/or field representative and obtain feedback/confirmation of prospects candidacy.
  • Administer pre-employment testing as necessary.
  • Documenting real-time activities to support lifecycle of candidate and placements
  • Post hire process and talent management
  • Utilization of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) will be required
About you

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail or professional services
  • Recruitment experience is a plus
  • Experience with large accounts or in a high-volume recruitment environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,857 and $82,237. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
