Pay Range: $76,000-$109,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Manage the coordination of Roadshow events across the following clubs: Costco, Sam's & BJ's Wholesale Club and be responsible for developing merchandising / digital plans to open and grow presence on Costco Next.
  • Responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for Roadshow events at club accounts.
  • Research and decide on a 3rd party resource to utilize that can assist with logistics, set-up, teardown and staffing during the roadshow events.
  • Ability to lead, communicate needs by laying out clear expectations and timelines internally and externally.
  • Develop and cultivate product roadmap for Roadshows and Costco Next to provide sales growth and increase awareness and market share.
  • Develop customized product with internal product development team to fill product gaps in current assortment and avoid channel conflict.
  • Develop promotional plans and digital activation plans for Costco Next.
  • Build productive relationships with INTERNAL & EXTERNAL key decision makers.
  • Develop training materials to train 3rd Party Reps on TSI product feature and benefits. Ability to create training materials.
  • Must have the ability to work cross functionally across internal Brand team, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Forecasting and other departments as needed to achieve goals.
  • Work closely with DVP, Club Business Managers and CMM to ensure alignment across all product categories for the club channel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Remote role from anywhere in the United States.

  • Extremely detailed oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize market trends, insights, channel, competitive and industry knowledge to influence key stakeholders.
  • Has highly developed project management skills and be able to multi-task.
  • High business acumen & strong analytical skills. Must be able to understand P&L.
  • Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Process and solution oriented, keeps the long term in the forefront while solving for the short term.
  • Understanding of a unified commerce approach.
