WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Elizabethtown, KY plant, you will be a Production Supervisor.

• 3rd Shift
• Supervision of 30 operators, maintenance, and support staff

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

• Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and governmental regulations
• Effectively communicate with Operations Manager and other members of the management team
• Coordinate daily activities between work groups: Operations, Maintenance, Management, Materials, Quality, etc.
• Evaluate and make decisions on daily production and maintenance activities

ABOUT YOU

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, both individually and in a team setting
• Willing to take initiative and is self-motivated
• Must be able to interact with various levels of the organization, building credibility and trust
• Ability to create alignment for employees to understand the strategy and how their contribution furthers organizational success
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Oracle a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
