Job Overview: This position has overall financial accountability for the Corporate Health business unit and management of its day-to-day financial and administrative operations, including accounting, accounts payable, billing/collections, annual operating budget, capital budgets, financial statement/invoice preparations and call center management. This position is responsible for financial input into Corporate Health's strategic business planning process and continual analysis of the business unit's financial operations and identification of opportunities to reduce costs, enhance the customer experience, increase revenues, and refine financial reporting. This position must be able to provide financial guidance and leadership to the business line managers while also providing clear communication of Corporate Health's financial position to its senior leadership. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with basic accounting principles, providing financial benchmarking, and maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal program requirements, with emphasis on Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. This role will negotiate Ohio BWC fees and serves as a key liaison to the Ohio BWC board for legislative activities. Additionally, this position, in collaboration with the TriHealth Managed Care department, manages the billing and compliance with third party payers for services rendered by the Corporate Health division. This position requires a complete understanding of the complex financial metrics within a healthcare environment, has strong reporting skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and financial platforms, and has excellent relationship skills for teaching and mentoring others. This includes continuous monitoring and enhancing processes and functions to maximize accuracy and efficiency of work flows. Compliance: Ensures Corporate Health meets and maintains compliance with all applicable state and federal program requirements, with emphasis on Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
