Position Overview | This is a position for a postdoctoral researcher interested in perinatal mental health disparities in the Latinx population |
Duties and Responsibilities | This person will serve be a postdoctoral research assistant in a cultural perinatal mental health laboratory focused on mental health disparities in Latinx populations. This person will participate in and initiate multiple long-term and short-term research projects. |
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | * PhD or advanced degree in a psychology, biological or biomedical-related field * Experience working with diverse populations, particularly the Latinx population * Be fluent in Spanish * Proven track record of effective technical training and oversight * Demonstrated ability to coordinate various projects with multiple short and long-term endpoints * Ability to prepare, comprehend, and comply with regulatory requirements * Strong record-keeping and organizational skills * Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain strong work ethic |
