4H is a 23-bed telemetry unitt. These units specialize in post-op CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) patients, post-op cardiac surgery, CHF and moderate risk chest pain patients. The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED and PACU.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing

  • Current Registered Nurse Licensed issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.

  • Prior experience leading teams specialize in post-op CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) patients, post-op cardiac surgery, CHF and moderate risk chest pain patients.
