With guidance from a professional engineer, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor ofScience degreein Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • Possess an engineering education suitable for future licensure as a professional engineer
  • Internships within the consulting engineering industry preferred but not required
  • A strong desire to be part of a cohesive team
  • A genuine interest in engineering design related to Electrical Engineering
  • Strong interpersonal skills Effective oral and written communication skills and a self-starter
  • EIT Preferred but not required (Required within the first year of employment)
  • Familiar with AutoCAD software is preferred
  • Must be open to travel at select times to perform site visits
  • Actively participating in our Early Careers Professionals Network
  • Supporting our 'Purpose' in everything you do

As an Electrical engineer, you will support the delivery of major infrastructure projects which may include:

  • The design and construction ofNatural Gas Pipeline Facilities
  • The design of Compressor Stations with large electrical motors
  • The design of Industrial Petrochemical processes

To be considered for this 2024 position, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical engineering from an accredited university
  • Demonstrable interest in engineering design related to electrical engineering projects
  • Internships with a consulting engineering industry preferred but not required
  • Methodical approach to problem solving to undertake tasks efficiently and independently
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members
  • Wonderful written communication and attention to detail, with an ability to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred
  • Familiar with AutoCAD software is preferred
  • Must be open to travel at select times to perform on site visits
