Baptist Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist - Associate to join our team in Lexington, KY
Under general supervision provides highly responsive first and second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware. Utilizes moderate reasoning ability to research and resolve issues related to hospital information systems. Coordinates with Baptist Healthcare System Support Services to ensure hospital information systems availability meets or exceeds standards established by Baptist Healthcare System Support Services.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required
Minimum of an associate degree in related area and some hands-on experience or 1-2 yearscareer experience.
