Essential Functions

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
  • Plan and conduct new hire orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Support Employee Relations Director in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and management as needed.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
