Full-time Days

Job responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily department payroll and timekeeping process.
  • Responsible for timely payroll reports, communication and proper routing of information.
  • Responsible for timely attendance reports, communication and proper routing of information.
  • Responsible for accurate payroll entries in accordance with hospital payroll policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and attendance documentation/reports.
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and equipment in accordance with director's instruction.
  • Responsible for coordinating accurate record of received goods with Supply Chain and assigned departmental team members.
  • Responsible for contacting vendors to acquire best outcomes for department needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining purchase orders and supply requisitions.
  • Ensure positive interdepartmental and vendor relations.
  • Responsible for receiving and filing waste documentation according to director instruction.
  • Responsible for receiving and filing all personnel documentation according to director instruction.
  • Ensures accurate and complete filing of all documentation as specified by the director.
  • Maintains all personnel records in accordance with hospital policy as instructed by the director.
  • Accurately maintains organized office files and other data, protecting confidentiality.
  • Answer's telephone and follow problems to solution by providing good customer service to all callers.
  • Politely answers calls and receives visitors.
  • Take accurate messages, using department tools, and forwarding to appropriate person/department.
  • Responds to requests for service and assistance.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Business and Healthcare Industry vocabulary
  • Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • May be required to adjust schedule based on needs of the department.
