Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Nurse Navigator to join the Lexington Neurology Center team!
Day Shift
The Nurse Navigator has a strong knowledge base in the care of neurology patients and its related processes. This position will organize and coordinate the care of patients for the physicians, and in doing so, will have frequent interaction with the patient and others involved in the patient's care. Important skill sets to possess are organizational, people-oriented, and self starter skills. Since this position represents on a daily basis, our practice outside of the office, a strong sense of professionalism is vital.
Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:
- Current and Active Kentucky RN License required.
- Must maintain an active BCLS and ACLS card through the American Heart Association.
- Knowledge of neurological assessments.
