Qualifications:

* Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state

* Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date

* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required six (6) months from hire date

* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required six (6) months from hire date
