Job Description:

Full-time Days

  • Organizes daily work schedule for preparation of Cafeteria, patient, and day care meals.
  • Determines foods required for service areas by reviewing production sheets and daily menus.
  • Requisitions/secures supplies needed from storeroom.
  • Uses standardized recipes.
  • Cooks and prepares foods in sequence appropriate for meeting all service schedules. Small batch

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some culinary training is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

  • On-the-job training provided.
  • Read, write, and speak English with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
