Physical Therapist PRN

Status: PRN

Job Summary

This position generally requires the interdisciplinary development, implementation and documentation of physical therapy programming for the physically and/or mentally challenged individual, supervision of assigned individuals, program development, and community education. Ensures provision of safe, competent PT services to all patients/residents.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The following is a summary of the major functions of this individual's job. He/she may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time.

1. Provides comprehensive assessments

2. Develops comprehensive treatment plans

3. Implements a quality treatment plan

4. Conducts ongoing re-evaluations

5. Provides quality documentation

6. Takes an active role in the financial viability of the department

Minimum Education, Training and ExperienceRequired:

  • Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
  • BCLS due within 90 days of hire
